Winds of over 40mph and driving rain meant a rather unpleasant day to say the least! Surprisingly though there were a few birds and moths; At least two Spotted Flycatchers took shelter around the pines near the Observatory building and eight Little Terns were feeding over the Broadwater. Seven species of moth were in the traps, a Fox Moth being slightly more unusual.
