On the sea today 9 Eiders, 7 Long-tailed Ducks, 1 Common Scoter, 2 Goldeneye, 16 Red-breasted Mergansers, 1 Red-throated Diver, and 4 Great Crested Grebes were recorded. At least 4 Barn Owls were hunting and 14 Twite and 2 Rock Pipits were still in Thornham Harbour. Two Bearded Tits were in the reeds near the Broadwater.
