Holme Bird Observatory Tuesday 11th June 2019

A miserable day, with a steady passage of terns noted east along Broadwater, including 85 Sandwich Terns, 4 Common and 10+ Little Terns, offshore 14 Gannets, 9 Fulmars and 2 adult Kittiwakes were seen and on the reserves a Cuckoo was still calling. A Spoonbill was also around the Broadwater.

A large body of water has also materialised on Redwell Marsh!!
