Snipe and Water Rail sheltering and feeding in the Dell. A Woodcock was with them.
Another bitterly cold wind today with even less unfrozen ground, Woodcock (12+) and Snipe (15+) were numerous with several feeding in sheltered areas of the reserve. Two Peregrines and a Barn Owl were hunting again.
